Cisco continued to fiddle with the device as Dr. Wells spoke. “It’s really for the metahumans, to stop them in their tracks. I suppose it could be used for Barry if need be.” Cisco reached down for a small piece he forgot to put in. “There. Now it’s really finished.” He paused, thinking about what may have happened had he not put that minuscule piece in. “It’s based on the same concept that dogs react to certain frequencies. Everyone can hear frequencies up to a certain point, so adding different frequencies with overwhelming strobes and other visual stimuli, well, you know.”

Harrison looked almost hungrily at it. ‘That’s a very good idea, Cisco. You have succeeded to impress me yet again.’ He drove a little closer towards Cisco and held out his hand. ‘May I take a closer look at it? I’ll be careful’

“Uh, sure,” Cisco said, handing it over to Dr. Wells. “It’s not completely finished yet, but all the bells and whistles should work. I just have to put an outside body on it.” Cisco smiled, turning and leaning his hip against the table, organizing the mess that covered the table.
