Sara couldn’t help but laugh and it felt good to really laugh again. She couldn’t recall the last time she laughed or cried. Those emotions were low in her pit because all that leaved in the confined of her heart was anger and rage. It was bottomless and daunting. There was no escape. “Great,” she slipped out of the car quickly wanting to feel stable ground beneath her feet.
Cisco turned off the car and smiled as Sara laughed, getting out along with her. The sudden silence between them made Cisco feel as if he was suffocating. He had to fill the void with some sort of noise, so he started talking. “So, what do you do for a living? You know that I work at Star labs and whatnot, I was just curious as to what you do. Not that you have to do anything, It would be totally fine if you were unemployed, yeah that would be cool. Unemployment can totally be cool. Yeah.” Cisco realized that he was rambling like an idiot, so he shut himself up as they walked up to the restaurant.
