“Then by all means, come along!” He smiled, starting down the sidewalk. “This is Central City. Home of S.T.A.R. Labs and the particle accelerator that went awry.” Cisco looked down, his face dropping for a millisecond before he pepped up again. “That was an, um…adventure? Well, it has been anyway. Crazy things have happened all around town. But that’s besides the point. Central City is great, as are the people that live here.” He smiled as he ran his hand along a brick building, humming a little tune internally.
