Cisco had been sitting off in a corner after running away from Caitlin and talking with Violet, and his head was somewhat clearer. Sure, he was still drunk off his ass, but he was more himself now. Since the video came through everyone’s phone, he had seen an unnerving yellow light coming from his collar. Within just a few seconds of finishing the water bottle he was nursing, it turned a scary red. He remembered what the Joker said. Red means stop. Red means its a bomb. He had a bomb strapped to his person.
