saralancecanaray:

Sara couldn’t process the man’s words, the world was so painfully distorted. The false cries of her name like voices mocking her. Trust toed a fine line to betrayal. It was easy to have your back turned in confident all the while someone plunges an arrow into it. Her jaw clenched as she applied more pressure onto Cisco’s neck. Her gaze glossy, lost in the nightmare.

Cisco’s vision was beginning to get hazy. Not drunk hazy, more like about-to-pass-out hazy. He tried pushing her foot from his neck, but it only pushed down harder. Although this isn’t how he wanted to tell people, he decided to use his still-developing powers to get himself out of this. He focused the pain that was always lingering in his head into the tips of his fingers and pointed them at Sara’s foot that was crushing his trachea. The small vibrations radiated from his fingers toward Sara’s foot and it slowly shimmied off his neck, allowing him to roll away and lean against the wall. “What the hell, Sara?”
