lisa-snart:

Lisa didn’t know why she felt so guilty. She trotted after Cisco, falling into pace with him. “I’m at least going to walk you home. I’ll be your protection for the night.”

Usually she wouldn’t care, she never would care who was hurt during Rogue raids but this is bothering her. She really liked Cisco and to know he was hurt by someone she was falling for didn’t settle well. But she wouldn’t promise that she wouldn’t say anything to Roscoe, If anything this would show her if he could be pussywhipped. Which would show her if the relationship was even worth it and she would rather find out sooner than later.

She reached out tentatively and placed her arm around his waist to steady him and tried not to say she was sorry…again.

“Lisa. I can protect myself. I know how to walk through a city and not get mugged.” He knew how funny that sounded, with how the night before was basically a mugging in his book, just without the stealing and serious injuries. He stopped and grabbed Lisa’s arm, stopping her. “Lisa, I don’t think you understand. You can’t mention my name to this Top guy. I don’t care whatelse you say, just don’t say my name. I can’t put myself in danger like that. I know how you are, and you’ll probably talk to the guy despite my wishes. Just -” Cisco sighed. “Don’t mention my name. Please?” He was rady to bribe her if that would mean she would keep his name out of this. He didn’t need another person knowing about his powers.
