“It was just a run in. I can just do this alone Cisco. There’s always gonna be people gunning for me. It’s nothing to be worried over.” Barry did look at him with surprise when Cisco dismissed his apology so quickly, but he only sighed at his words. “You could get a better best friend. And seriously, you need someone who you’re around a lot to do the codes…you never know when you might want access. And I’m not fragile, I’ll heal. Don’t fuss.”
“Dude. You’re making me depressed. Stop it. I will never find a better friend than you, so stop.” Cisco sighed, shaking his head at Barry. “Also, stop refusing my help. I want to be here. I don’t care if it puts me in harm’s way. I am here for you, and always will be. And whether you like it or not, ‘m staying. You may not want me in the cortex, or at the lab at all, but I’m still going to make an effort to be in your life. I’m not letting my best friend push me completely out of his life.” He leaned against the counter and stared Barry down.
