Well at least Cisco was still sort of thinking. Len wasn’t sure the kid quite got why he was wary though. He looked around at the mess that Cisco had left behind him. “Just how dangerous are you? What are your powers and skills?”
Fair question to ask. Knowing Cisco as he was before, there would be no problems accepting him into the Rogues. Cisco as he appeared now…Len wasn’t so sure. If Cisco was unstable, that wasn’t good. He couldn’t risk having that on his team.
“You know I’m a mechanical engineer. I make tech. Any kind of tech. You name it, I can built it. But those are just my credentials. If we’re talking powers, that’s a whole different thing. I vibe off people. Touch them, get a sense of what they’re feeling, what they’re going through, and some other crap. Still exploring that. I can also send vibrations out of my hands and feet and the amount of energy I put behind it determines how strong it is. The little vibrations you felt under your feet?
