Cisco sat in the pipeline cell, knees to his chest, and his head resting on his knees. He’d been trying to remember the last few weeks for quite some time, but it only left him with a nasty headache. He heard faint footsteps through the sealed door and waited to see who he’d see come around the corner. “Barry? Cait?” Cisco’s voice cracked on Barry’s name. After not talking for hours and finishing his drink a while back, his throat was fairly dry. His cleared his throat before beginning again. “I’m fine guys, no need to check on me. I’m just trying to sleep.” He knew that if they’d been watching the monitor, it was clear he hadn’t been trying. He was stuck with his thoughts, as he almost always was.
