Carter turned at him, rage clouding his thoughts as his eyes flashed red. He knew the feeling well, letting the rage and wrath overcome him. His mind started to cloud, wanting nothing more than to bead the younger man down into the ground and stop his prattling. He paused, trying to calm the raging predator inside.

He put his mace away, cleared his head and took to the sky a few feet above him. 

“You asked for it” he remarked turning down to swoop in and dive bomb the young man with the current bad attitude.

Cisco grinned as the man’s eyes glowed red. “Ooh, an angry birdboy! This is getting exciting.” He waited until the last second to dodge the man’s attack and stood in the open alley with his arm crossed and his guard down.
