“They’re also filled with saturated fats and empty calories,” she chimed as they walked through the hollowed halls of the pipeline. Caitlin hoped that Cisco would stop questioning his actions for the night so she could compile the damage. She wanted to lessen the emotional blow to zero–Cisco was her friend. One of the only people she wanted to see come out of this whole ordeal without the burdens of it all. “We’re going to the lab so I can clean your wound and then we’re going to go back to my apartment. I want to make sure you’re okay but I am tired of sleeping on that stiff cot.”

“Shhh.” Cisco laughed, bringing a finger to his lips. “I already know. I just choose to ignore it.” He said, the smile falling to a smirk. “Sounds fair. But hey, How can you trust me after I don’t remember what I did? You know what I can do, and I can’t even remember if I’m in control. How do you trust me so easily?”
