His powers were identical to Reverb, and if he knows anything about Reverb, he had full control over his powers. He didn’t know how long it took him, but it was a small reminder that Cisco could learn to control his, too. “Sometimes nightmares make a person stronger.” Lord knew he had them all the time about Zoom. Most of the time he didn’t survive in them, either. But for Jay, it made him feel a bit stronger because at the end of the day, he was still alive. “If you ever need anything, feel free to find me. I probably can’t do much, but I can lend you an ear if you ever need to talk to someone.”

“Really? You’ve got an awful amount of trust in me then,” Cisco said. “These ones don’t, when they’ve caused so much chaos and destruction. I’ll be sure to keep that in mind though, thanks Jay.” He said with a slight smile. “I really appreciate it.”
