Practically Family | Cisco & Caitlin

“Hello, Cisco.” She mused with a calm smile, her hands filled with all the goodies she’d picked up for him. A few vegetables and fruit here and there, she hoped he’d at least try and keep himself remotely healthy. “I did, you’ve been reduced to eating TV dinners. I couldn’t let you live like that, what kind of friend would I be? You’re welcome,” she smiled. “What’s going on, Cisco? You’re eating your nails to nailed. There could only be one of two reason why. Either those men grappling in tights are coming to Central City or you’re nervous. I can’t tell if your veiled in sweat for the latter.” Caitlin mused walking farther into his home, successfully deflecting his question.

“Eh, TV dinners aren’t all that bad. They’re those lean cuisines that are supposed to be healthy.” He smiled, closing the door behind the woman and trying to avoid the question. “It’s nothing. Just a nervous habit I’ve picked back up. It got really bad when I was in college. I found myself doing it when I’d start falling asleep in class or when I would start rambling. It was usually the former rather than the latter.” He said, taking his hand from his mouth and shoving it in his pocket as he walked in the kitchen, resisting the urge after rambling like he did.
