Xander, chewed his lower lip and he suddenly stumbled upon the realisation that it may not be the best idea to press, but his curiousity won out. He’d accessed a lot of files on the incident (curtesy of his hacker friends) ,but he still wanted to know more. “My plane was flying overhead at the time.” he murmered. “I saw everything from the window.” he failed to mention how the energy had screwed with the plane, and it had almost crashed before the pilot wrangled it under control. “I always wondered about it. The metahuman part of it especially.”
“Gosh, that must’ve been hard to watch happen.” Cisco said with a sigh before taking a drink from his now lukewarm coffee. “It’s tragic. So many people’s lives were changed that day for the worst.” As he set his cup back down, his fingers curled up into a fist unconsciously. He didn’t know whether to be happy or mad about his powers. Sure, he could help, but at what cost to his own health and to others’ safety? “Yeah,” he started, realizing his fist and relaxing his hand. “Not much good has come from it.”
