“What do you know about them?” Xander prodded. “I mean, why is it that they became metas. The whole city was hit, so why is it that only certain people became metas?” That was the part he needed to know. If there was a reason why- then theoretically he might be able to reverse it.
“I know that the powers comes from dark matter that was released during the explosion. We believe that there’s something in people’s DNA strands that causes the dark matter to effect them in a different way than others. That’s not certain though, merely a hypothesis. We only have a few metahumans to base our findings, so we have very little to go on.” Cisco said, focusing his gaze back to the man. “Does that help?”
