Lisa studies him a little bit from her spot on the swing before giving him a smile and nods. “Its nice to meet you too Francisco. I hope you have better luck at making friends here than I am.” She says looking down a bit as she moves the dirt around with her shoe a bit. Lisa looks up at him again and smiles again. “Okay… Cisco. I like your name its different.” She gives a little shrug before saying. “I like different.”
“Seeing that I had close to no friends in Detroit, I think I’m already on an roll. You’re my first friend.” Cisco was a shy kid, he was always stuck in his brother’s shadow and he tended to stay in the shadows, not wanting to be noticed. Being noticed meant he might be important, and that wasn’t something Cisco wanted.
“I like you,” he blurted out as he took a seat on the swing next to the girl. He began swinging, the wind flowing through his short hair effortlessly. “I- I mean you’re really cool.”
