Barry lifted both hands at front as he stood before his friend and the people that were now the wrong target he had in sight. He knew if he made any wrong movement, the force of Cisco’s powers could kill him and the people he was trying to protect. “Cisco.. Come on, man. Snap out of it. You need to hear me out!”
