Cisco slowly became aware of his surroundings, the distinct taste of blood in his mouth. The last thing he remembered was leaving work with Caitlin, then being clocked in the back of the head He must have bit his tongue when he fell. He went to bring a hand to his head, to assess the damage, but his hands were tied above his head. Cisco squirmed in this position, trying to send out vibes and break free, but it was no use.

He looked over and saw Caitlin lying on the floor, not moving. “Cait? Caitlin!” He yelled, struggling against the ropes once again. He heard a menacing laugh come from behind him and a shiver ran down his spine. “Let her go. Do what you will with me, but just let her go,” he begged, wanting to save his friend more than he wanted to save himself.

Oh, she won’t be hurt, Vibe. We came for you, but got two!”
“You know who I am, so you know what I can do. Let her go and I won’t hurt you.” Cisco said through clenched teeth.
“Oh, no need for threats, boy. She’ll wake up safe and sound outside of STAR Labs tomorrow.” The man replied as some sort of minion took Cait out of the room and what Cisco assumed was back to their place of work. “Anyway, your threats are useless, just like your powers. Now, now. You’re going to open a breach for us.”
“And what if I don’t?”
At the end of his question, a surge of pain spread through Cisco’s back and he yelled out in pain, his back arching away from he source.
I was afraid you’d say that.”
