Elena nodded again, her lips pursed into a thin line. “Will your brothers be okay with it? Didn’t you day they were on their way? I don’t want to upset them.” Elena set the stirrer she was playing with down and took another sip of her drink.
“Oh no no my brothers are on a hunt I’m just waiting for them to text me to make sure they are alright and I think they’d be happy I found my sister possibly” he said giving a small smile shrugging tilting his head “how far away do you live from here? Do I have more family? Is there people I gotta meet?”
“Ah,” Elena responded, nodding her head. “I live in Mystic Falls, so not super far. Yeah, there’s Jeremy, our younger brother. That’s it, really,” She explained with a somber look on her face. She didn’t have the heart to tell him that everyone else was dead. “He’s at home, you can meet him first.”
“Oh okay yea I think I know that place I mean I heard about it before” he said shrugging his shoulders a bit as he went to her side of the bar and sat down making a small sound as he had to put an effort to getting on the stool “oh I never had a younger sibling before..I’ve been the youngest usually”
“Yeah, he’s a handful, but I love him. He’s a good kid,” Elena smiled, turning as the other joined her at the bar. “There’s also some people that I call family, but aren’t technically related. You can meet them all.”
