Stefan nodded as he listened to Miles talk. It was always nice listening to others, in his opinion. “I see similarities, but I think you’re more different than you think. You’re already more expressive of your emotions than I think he ever was around me, anyway.” Stefan turned his head and looked at Miles, a smile pulling at his lips as Miles turned back to look forward.
“Piano, huh? You’ll have to play for me sometime,” Stefan quipped, knowing that he and Damon had a grand piano, but it was only kept up because he insisted that he was going to learn one of these days, but never has. “And maybe you can teach me over a glass of whiskey sometime.”
“You think so? I was always told other wise..maybe because I’m around company I actually like perhaps that is the change” he said with a nod giving a small smile he saw out of his side view the man looking towards him.
“You what to hear me play? Huh most find it boring that I know at least I would love to put on a concert for you” he said smiling happily as he looked back to the man with excitement in his eyes and voice you could tell he really loved music “and yes of course I’ll teach you..Don’t mean to gloat but I am a prodigy”
“Of course I think so, Miles.” He paused, taking the weight of what the man said before starting again. “I’m glad you enjoy being around me, and I’m sorry you haven’t been surrounded by good people longer.”
Stefan pursed his lips in an attempt to hide his grin. “It’s okay to gloat. If you’re good, you’re good! Can’t say I’m really a prodigy in anything important,” he confessed, humming lightly. “I’d love more than anything to hear you play. I have a nice piano back at my home, maybe we can visit sometime.”
