Violet: I trust /you/. Not him. You’re forgetting that you still technically have family. I don’t. You are LITERALLY the only family I have. And I’m not going to lose you to some gay supervillain.
Cisco: Obviously not. I don’t feel very trusted right now, Vi.

Cisco: Yeah, I’m vulnerable. To falling into that darkness again, not to allow myself to be manipulated by a man I thought was my enemy for all these years. He’s not fucking me, Violet. Yeah, I’m sick. I realize that. Each and every moment is feel this pull to fall back into the darkness, to run away from it all and to never look back.
Cisco: But I don’t. I pull myself back to reality for you. I feel that pull backwards and I go and read the letter you left me before everything happened. I can’t let that happen again. I need to be here for you. You’re the only family I feel like I have left anymore, and I can’t lose you like I lost everyone else.
Violet: Cisco. That darkness will allow him to manipulate you, Cisco! Please. He’s dangerous.
Cisco: I’m not letting him, Violet! Seriously, why don’t you trust me? I know my limits, and I know the difference between right and wrong, between manipulation and free will.

Violet: That makes you vulnerable, Cisco! He’s fucking Griffin and now he’s trying to fuck you. You’re vulnerable because you’re scared and you’re sick. And he’s a bad man. How am I supposed to be okay with that?
Violet: Cisco, I love you. I don’t want to lose you
Cisco: Yeah, I’m vulnerable.

I need to be here for you. You’re the only family I feel like I have left anymore, and I can’t lose you like I lost everyone else.

Violet: Of course I’m being offensive. He’s manipulating you. Just like he’s manipulating Griffin. I don’t like that he has both of you wrapped around his finger.
Cisco: Manipulating? Griffin maybe, but I can handle myself. I don’t need you telling me how to live my life. I’m happy when I’m around him. You forget that I went off on my own for two weeks and recall none of it. My subconscious manipulates me enough as it is, I don’t get manipulated by other people.

Violet: anyone who tries to kill Barry Allen is a terrible person. I’ve been through every tabloid and newspaper article. Just because his parents are homophobes doesn’t mean he gets a pass.
Cisco: I didn’t say that was the reason. Vi, I’m really not liking where this conversation is going. You’re being super offensive rn, and I really don’t appreciate it. Come home and we can talk.

Violet: I wasn’t in my room. I walked in, heard the groaning, turned around and left. And yeah. Back massage. Do you know how traditional gay sex works? You gotta get someone relaxed with leaving their ass exposed.
Violet: I’m not mad. I’m just disappointed. You could have anyone in the world, Cisco.
-Hours later-
Cisco: Disappointed is worse than mad, though. Let me buy you dinner and I’ll explain it all. He’s not a terrible person. He’s had his ups and downs just like all of us. Let me just have a chance to explain, okay?

“Yeah sure, why not. You weren’t? Well I’m glad I did.” Lian replied with a honest smile. She couldn’t help but keep smiling and was happy she decided to help Cisco out tonight. “How about you surprise me? I’m good with about anything I’m not picky when it comes to food.” Pushing the cash back to him, “Keep it, I don’t need it.”

“Call it a generous tip then. I insist.” Cisco said, his smile making the corners of his eyes crinkle. “I always let the lady choose where we go, since I’m paying. I eat anything and everything, so…” He trailed with a laugh. “There’s places that are closer, places that are a short drive away, or places that are a longer drive, but are totally worth it.”

Violet took out her phone and began texting Eddie, rolling herself into a ball on the ground and pulling down as many coats as she could to cover her, finding it to be soothing being in her own dark coat cocoon with a surprisingly calm conversation with Eddie to keep her mind off of the probable carnage outside.

Hartley smelled it as well and turned so that he was guarding Cisco’s blindspot. “What do we do?” He asked over the screeching in his ears, probably ending up with a booming yell instead of a murmur.

Rick glanced in the direction of the two men.He lost track of the dame and had these two to work with. Now in the situation, one was taking care of another the other was drastically affected by all the sound. Being a pessimist, he figured the easiest course of action, was to continue the killing” We kill anyone who gets in our way. Or I do.” The man awkwardly shrugged before leaning out from the shelter of the beam.

He fired in bursts of three bullets at a time. The first round struck one man in the chest from the second squad; sending a silent prayer of thanks to JC for Kevlar shredding bullets. The others took cover on their own. They exchanged gunfire back and forth,”: You should be….be….’couch’ cough.” Ru-Running.” The man coughed through the gas, wishing that he had brought his HUD and respirator; but they wouldn’t fit with the Tux; that would be a problem for the IT department.

“Are you saying we aren’t capable of killing? Rude.” Cisco snapped, turning to face the man. He knew it wasn’t the best time to argue with the man, as there were bigger matters at hand. He took hold of Hartley’s hand and began running toward the doors that led out of the lobby, only to find that they were locked. Cisco looked at Hartley with a scared expression plastered across his face. “What do we do? Doors locked.”  He signed frantically as his hands shook.
