Helena grinned and smoothed down his hair, leaning in and kissing the tension out of his jaw by trailing kisses up and down his jawline. “I told you it would be thrilling.”

Cisco smiled as the kissed tickled his skin. “You weren’t wrong about that, now were you?” He grabbed one of her hands and intertwined his fingers with hers, and he could feel himself falling for her.

“Just- Get out of here,” Cisco said before turning to his desk and storing the tech safely away. “And good riddance.” He muttered under his breath.

Eobard hesitated for a fraction of a second, wanting to say more, without really having anything to say. He’d delivered both gift and message, there wasn’t any need to linger, and certainly staying would only aggravate Cisco, but there was some part of Eobard that wanted–no. In a red flash and between one breath and the next, he left.

Violet stiffened for a moment and snapped her head up, staring up at him with wide eyes. “Oh my God. This guy. This… timetraveler. If he’s dangerous to Barry he’s dangerous to you, too?”

“Essentially, yeah. But I like to think that I’m dangerous to him too.” Cisco smiled almost painfully down at his sister. I have a feeling my powers are more than just exploding bottles and knocking things over, He thought. “So how about those cuddles?”

“By back, I mean back in Central City.” Cisco said calmly, turning the tech around in his hands. It intrigued him more than anything he’s ever seen. “Your lab? Your lab? No. This stopped being your lab after you lied to us all, Thawne. This is our lab now.” He fumed, standing up for himself for the first time in what felt like forever. “You can leave.”

Eobard drew an angry breath to reply, then stopped. He’d killed Cisco once, and nothing good had come of that. Besides which, he hadn’t liked life here without Cisco. He really did think of the younger man as a son of sorts, one who made an otherwise oppressive prison feel lighter. Eobard still didn’t know what his new approach would be–and hopefully he would know by the time he talked to Barry–but it started here. “Very well. But you should know that banning me from these premises won’t make me disappear entirely. I’m still here.” He rolled his eyes and quickly clarified. “Central City here. And we need each other. You’ll see.”

“Just- Get out of here,” Cisco said before turning to his desk and storing the tech safely away. “And good riddance.” He muttered under his breath.

Violet sighed and shook her head, taking his hand and pulling him over to a chair and pushing him down so that she could snuggle into him on his lap. She whimpered a bit and closed her eyes. “I’m just really bad at being in a superhero family, Cisco.”

Cisco rested his chin on her head as she snuggled into his chest. “I’m sorry, Vi. I wish I could give you advice, but I can’t. I’m not one to talk, seeing that I have some sort of superpowers myself. I could try and entertain you, however.” He smiled.

Helena nodded and started the engine, revving it a couple times to get him used to the feeling of the rumble before kicking it up and racing through the streets, navigating through the tight alleyways and taking shortcuts that were extremely illegal before reaching a motel and parking in a space. She shut off the motor and put down the kickstand, shifting a bit so that she was facing Cisco with his arms still around her waist and slowly lifted the helmet up from his face with a smirk. She really wanted to see his expression after all of that.

As the woman pulled the helmet off his head, Cisco could tell he had some major helmet hair. His eyes were wide, and his jaw was clenched. “That was quite the first motorcycle ride.”

Eobard clicked his tongue, shrugged with one shoulder. “Call it fate.” The early 21st century was beginning to feel like a rut he couldn’t escape. He wasn’t any happier about it than Cisco looked. “Unless you mean back as in, ‘back at S.T.A.R. Labs,’ then I’m here to pay you a courtesy call and…” His hands were back in the air again, waving vaguely the empty space that he could fill with ‘I’m sorry.’ “Check on my lab.”

“The truth about why I’m here.” Wally said, sitting across the room from him. “Barry died, he was killed by Zoom. I saw it happen right before my eye. I came back to stop it from happening, but I ended up going back to far, so here I am.”

“Zoom? Who’s Zoom?” Cisco tucked a stray hair behind his ear before continuing. “You’re trying to change the future by going back in time? Do you realize how that will effect things?” Effect me? Cisco thought, remembering how the alternate timelines effect him and his new-found powers.

Cisco was a bit lightheaded when their kiss broke, stumbling behind the woman as she pulled him back to the bike. Wow. Was all he could think, but he couldn’t bring himself to say anything. He took the helmet and shoved it over his head. He waited for her to get on before he even attempted to get on.

Helena smiled at him when he obediently followed her instruction and effortlessly straddled motorcycle before reaching back and tugging on Cisco’s hand to let him know that he could get on behind her now. “C’mere and hold on tight,” she purred, caressing his palm with her thumb.

Cisco copied how the other was straddling the cycle and wrapped his arms around her waist. “Like this?” He said, muffled through the helmet. What the actual hell am I doing on a motorcycle?!? He yelled in his mind.
