Helena raised her eyebrows at his deflection and looked amused. “It’s quite good. A good Sicilian taste.” She sat back and just studied him for awhile with a small smile much like a cat watching a bird in a cage. “You don’t strike me as the type to be very forward, you know.”

“Is that so?” Cisco said with a smirk. “You don’t strike me as a woman who would purposely run someone over, either.” Cisco ordered himself a fine Merlot to be paired with whatever food he would order in due time. “So, tell me about yourself.”

Helena raised her eyebrows at the man and shook her head. “No, just wine.” She eyed him curiously. “Do you often ask women who run you over on the street out for dates?”

I hardly ask women out period. Cisco thought to himself before smiling. “I have my moments. How’s the wine?” He tried to change the subject away from himself. He never did like talking about himself. He picked up the menu before him and began to skim the pages, looking for something that was somewhat familiar.

Griffin laughed, shaking his head. “Right. Just a heads up, I’m not. So you likely shouldn’t trust those instincts.” He shifted, hiking his backpack up on his shoulder. “Well, have a nice life.”

“I’ll tell Vi you said hi.” Cisco remarked before turning on his heel and walking the other way. At least I tried, right? Now I can get back to patrolling. Cisco hummed a little tune to himself as he walked down the nearly empty street.

“Nah, I think she was more worried than anything.”  Barry smiled and nodded. “Absolutely.  Lead the way.  I can always go for a drink.”

“It seems like I’m always worrying her nowadays.” Cisco laughed. “Does it matter to you where we go? Cause I have some pretty strong stuff back at my apartment, and I really don’t want to have to buy more alcohol.”

Helena had arrived a bit late to the location the strange man had given her, making sure, of course, that her makeup was impeccable her hair was brushed thoroughly to avoid helmet hair. The place seemed relatively empty so she just sat down at a table set for two and ordered herself some rather expensive wine, sipping decadently and making automatic notes of the exits and all of the patrons, scanning for any suspicious behavior with a glint in her eye as she waited.

Cisco had been running about his apartment, trying to figure out what he was to wear on a date with a girl who almost ran him over. Was she a suit and tie kind of girl? Or a Tshirt and blazer kind of girl? What did he know about dressing up for a date? He glanced at his watch and it read 7:30. There was no more time for indecisiveness. He ran into his closet and came out in a button up shirt and a blazer. It was going to have to do.

He caught a cab to the restaurant, and walked through the door at 7:55. He saw the woman and joined her at the table for two. “Sorry I’m late. Have you ordered yet?”

She turned and smiled as she heard a familiar voice behind her. She didn’t think she’d cross paths with Cisco today. Things were about to get interesting.

“Why hello Cisco, how are you?” she plastered on a thousand watt smile.”And no I’m not, my pants don’t have room for a wallet,” she said, twirling slowly, showing off her skin tight pants. She prayed she could distract him enough to slip away. At least give her a headstart.

Cisco could have kicked himself for not at least attempting to change his voice in someway before confronting the woman. When she said his name and turned around, he was kicking himself for sure. Cisco hoped she didn’t see him use his powers to knock that trash bin over.

“Lisa? What are you doing back in town?” His eyes were drawn to the way her pants hugged her hips, but he quickly pulled his eyes away and brought them back to her face. “You can’t just go around stealing. You taking away from some else’s livelihood.

“You’ve met me twice, not knowing I knew Vi, and both times have been in dark alleys.  Yet you asked me to move in.  Seems a bit trusting.”

“I guess I just get a good vibe off you. I think you’re probably a decent person.” Once you stop hanging around in alleys. Little did this guy know, Cisco was on his first attempt at a patrol. Using his newly discovered powers to stop what little crime he could find.

red-poison-ivy:

“Just downtown. I hear there’s some beautiful sights in this city. I myself prefer more of a nature walk.”

“Downtown is nice, very busy though. be sure to keep your purse at your side, there are quite a few thieves that run around, even in the middle of the day.” Cisco smiled, eyeing the woman. She was cute, that was for sure.

Griffin sighed, then gave the other a little wave.  “Hi, I’m Griffin, Violet’s criminal best friend.  Well, ex-best friend it would seem.  And you’re her good, amazing, perfect brother she spent a year tracking down.  Trust me, you don’t want to live with me.  I think Vi would even tell you that.  And I’m already living with someone.  But it’s interesting you offered.”

“Oh. I see. Why is it so interesting, though?” Cisco cocked his head to the side as he stood up and leaned against the hard brick wall.
