Violet: Oliver only likes me because I insult him to keep him grounded. Plus I’m adorable. And he can pretend that I’m 16 if he wants. From what Roy tells me he’s probably just “trying over” with me when he failed with his sister that he doesn’t talk about.
Cisco: Maybe he’ll warm up to me one of these days. Roy is pretty chill. I saw him at the party, cool dude.

“Okay, cool. So what is actually wrong with it? It doesn’t look broken at first glance.” Cisco said, looking around the back of the machine.
“It wont start up, I’ve tired everything. Even banged on the back of it like they do on TV and nothing.”
Cisco laughed. “Well, I’m no repairman. I can definitely see if there’s something I can fix, but no promise that I can fix anything. I’m more of a tech guy, testing stuff in the lab and whatnot.”

Cisco: okay.
“Thanks Cisco. You’re really a genius.” Barry smiled and shrugged. “I really do try. I just got distracted with Kid Flash and the Joker and..yeah. It was a high stress night. But I did see Violet last night, and she seemed okay.” Barry smiled softly before cocking his head. “Are you guys okay? What happened?”
Cisco wandered to the main desk and sat down before cocking his head to the side. “Kid Flash? What’s that all about?” It boggled Cisco’s mind that there was somebody out there other than the reverse flash that was just as fast as Barry. “It was all just stupid sibling banter, and I went and drank like it was a fight with Dante or my parents. Stuff about trying to protect her, when she obviously doesn’t want my protection. Snart and other people she’s talked to.” Cisco rambled before rubbing his eyes *hard* with the palm of his hand.

Violet: So this was awhile ago? Cool. Just making sure. Because Oliver already threatened death a few times.
Cisco: It wasn’t /that/ long ago. But it was a while, yeah. Oliver still doesn’t like me. grrr
“Good.” Barry sighed, running a hand through his hair before shrugging at the question. “Nearly healed up. He’s definitely someone not to be underestimated. Got 6 throwing knife-like playing cards to the chest and a bit of electrocution, but I’m good. I patched up the holes in the suit, but I figured the gadgets were your thing to repair.”
“Duuuude.” Cisco sighed, thinking about his poor suit and all that it’s endured. “I went and made you another suit. But you have to try your very hardest to keep this one nice, you hear?” Cisco said, walking over to assess the damage. “I’ll take a look at the comm system and whatnot later.” Cisco mumbled, running his fingers over the fresh mends in the suit. “I really want to figure out this collar thing though. I might pack it away and come back to it when I’m not so hungover and I have more free time. Speaking of hungover, have you heard from Vi yet? I haven’t seen her since we fought and then somehow made up on the balcony before everything really went haywire.”

Violet: sidenote: why the fuck did Oliver shoot my boyfriend.
Cisco: Well, the first time it was for training. the second it was to stop him from basically /killing/ Oliver.
Cisco: He was influenced by Rainbow Raider’s powers. It wasn’t his fault. But Oliver did have some pretty wicked moves. My money was on Speed, though. It was a tie. Bummer, right?
Cisco: You didn’t even know barry yet, so…..
“No, it wasn’t, but it’s cool. I get you.” Barry stepped up to him, studying the other worriedly before resting a hand on his shoulder. “I thought I was gonna lose it yesterday. I can’t even think about losing you, especially like that. And I turned them off…the guy had a remote with an off-switch.”
Cisco sighed, thinking about his dream. He looked from the floor to his friend as he took off the sunglasses. “I’m fine. Violet is fine. Staci is fine. Everything is fine. But the question is are you fine? The Joker isn’t anybody to mess with.” Cisco raised his eyebrows and scoffed, “A remote? Amateur.”

Like. There has to be history
Cisco: Oliver shot Barry once. That was pretty funny, not gonna lie. Good thing he heals fast.
Cisco: Barry was also under the influence of a metahumans powers and went after Oliver once. You should ask both of them.
