“I would assume it would take awhile.  That’s a big loss in trust to have to suffer.”  He sighed, despising when people revealed their darkest sides in the cruelest ways possible. “I truly am sorry that happened to you.  And I’m sure you could train your hearing to be better.”  Emrys smirked a little, knowing his senses were heightened way more than they should be.

Cisco nodded at the remark about trust. “Amen.” It had been a rough few months. “If anything needs to be better, it would be my sight. I do a lot of work with small technology. Mechanical engineer problems…” He laughed. “And thanks. We’re slowly working through it back at STAR Labs.”

“You should talk, mister.” Cisco said to Barry with a hint of sass. “I fall asleep watching movies anyway. Especially at night.” He
chuckled, finding what he was looking for in the drawer and turning
around smiling. In his hands he held the helmet and a belt with sensors all around it.  “I’m ready if you are.“

“Eh, I’m not important.  You need sleep.”  Barry moved over to his friend and held him firmly before running him out to the airstrip.  “Are you okay?  Gonna be good?  Do I need to get medication when I come back with Violet?”

When they stopped, Cisco grabbed his friends’ shoulders. “Barry. You are just as important as me or Caitlin or anyone else. You need sleep too.” He said before releasing Barry’s shoulders. “No, I should be fine, thanks though. Now go get my sister before she tries to get here herself.” He laughed.

Sara slipped off her shoes and tucked her feet beneath herself. Her body ached and that ghostly pain engrained in all her scars seemed to throb. She lulled on listening to him, his voice oddly soothing at this point in the night. “We can watch movies and eat here. I am not a formal girl if you haven’t already figured it out.” She smiled looking over his collection, he was definitely not a sappy man. Although one movie caught her eye, A Walk to Remember. A silly grin spread along her lips, “I didn’t figure you were a Nicholas Sparks guy.” Her body inclined forward, bracing her elbows on her thigh.

Cisco walked back to the living room and handed Sara her plate. He joined her on the couch after popping the movie in, pulling a blanket from the back of the couch and onto their laps, covering both their legs. “I’m a sucker for a good film rendition of a book. Although this one actually isn’t mine. I think I might have accidentally packed it when I moved away.” Cisco laughed before taking a small bite of his food. “Oops. I’m sure my Ma will realize its gone and give me a call. Can I get you anything else before we settle in?”

spellaholiczatanna:

“Mhmm, I can’t promise that I won’t mess with you if you actually start being creepy.” Zee was taken by surprise by his question, but quickly regained her composure. “Why, I dazzle people of course. Illusions, magic tricks, stunning good looks, it’s something that you have to see for yourself really.”

“Ohmygosh, really? I love all those things!” Cisco gushed. “I’ll let you in on a little secret – I’m a sucker for illusions and magic, and especially stunning good looks. I’ll definitely have to clear my schedule, then.” Cisco gave a wink to the woman.

that-blind-guy:

“I’m sorry to hear it.”  Emrys frowned, a bit surprised by the knowledge.  Maybe that would account for the weird activity around the lab recently.  “Well, I guess being blind has to even itself out with having a few special talents.”

“It’s fine, I’m slowly getting over it. Veeery Slowly,” he dragged out. The increase in metahumans was really baffling him, including is own metahuman powers. “Usually thats how it works. You lose one sense and the others are heightened. That’s cool though. My hearing is subpar,” Cisco laughed.

Hearing the voice, Wally paused before running back towards Cisco in the same speed he knocked him over with. “Sorry about that, I didn’t see you there, man.”

Cisco continued to brush off his shirt as the man zoomed back toward him. “It’s fine, just be cautious as to where you’re running, bud. I’m sure you didn’t mean to.” He smiled at the man, having a hard time making out his features in the dark alleyway.

that-blind-guy:

The vigilante slid around the corner behind Cisco, the mugger who had knocked him over running away down the street.  Pulling out one of his batons the masked man threw it, a smirk curling his lips as the weapon made contact with the criminal’s head and he collapsed unconscious at the end of the street.  “Sorry about that kid.  He scratch you up at all?”

“Don’t be sorry, you weren’t the one who knocked me off balance. I’m fine though thanks. Great aim, by the way. That was wicked!” Cisco squinted, trying to make out the man’s features in the shadow of the alley. “Who are you?”
