Violet: she was mad at him because he didn’t offer me a coconut. Also she calls me duckie. She’s pretty. Speaking of which. Why is everyone in this city so pretty and knows you? Like. This guy was sadly staring at his soup and he was like super hot in a nerdy adorable kind of way and I was like cool lemme try getting all up on that. And then he’s like completely adorable and somehow manages to get my entire life story out of me and then he’s like. Hey! Cisco is my best friend. And I’m like, bullshit. And he’s like I’m not kidding. And I’m pretty sure that just made any chance I had of making out with him go down the toilet so thanks for cockblocking me without even knowing that we shared a father. #brotherskillswaytoohigh and then my broody dad who is also super hot AND HAS HUGE GIGANTIC MUSCLES is like, are you related to Francisco and I’m like how the fuck would you know that and why does everyone know who he is. And dad is like “he’s useful” whatever the hell that means. So I’m pretty convinced you’re in the mafia??
Cisco: If you keep referring to Oliver as ‘dad’ I’m going to keep getting confused. Best friend? Probably Barry. He’s awesome. And yeah, besties. did you just use a hashtag in a text message? Did oliver really call me franscisco? ew. He called me useful? Wow, what a guy. Not in the mafia, just a genius. Graduated early from both HS and college. booyah. take that, sistah.
Cisco: Wow. that was weird. I have a sister. well, half-sister. but a sister nonetheless.
Cisco: So why did you bolt? I assume you got to wherever you needed to be safely?
Violet: I didn’t have anywhere I needed to be. It just freaked me out that it was you. And Oliver’s fiancée told me to stay in their secret lair.
Cisco: Oh yeah, that place is awesome. Oliver wouldn’t let me touch anything though. He was bitter that Felicity let me and Cait in.
Violet: He was mean to me. I was mean to him. He called me a talented brat. I followed him home. He gave me a 50 dollar bill. I told him that i already tried to siphon money out of his bank account but he didn’t have enough funds. he got all broody and also smiled so I knew i had won. I’m competitive.
Violet: I didn’t exactly know you were the guy I came here for until you said there was like 4 people at the lab and I realized that you had to be him. Which is when i bolted.
Violet: don’t cry or have angst like the movies.
Cisco: I’m not much of a crier unless something big happens or I’m distraught or I/my friends are extremely hurt. I can get pretty clingy, though. There’s actually only 2 of us employed by S.T.A.R. labs currently.
Cisco: So why did you bolt? I assume you got to wherever you needed to be safely?
“Kay. I’ll run down there and change it. You can, uh, make yourself at home?” Cisco’s face twisted at his weird remark before he turned on his heels and ran out of the room and down to the weaponry. He quickly changed the code and ran back. “Okay. It’s changed. Now for some new plans,” he said as he crossed to the computer and started typing away. “But the thing is, he told me I was like the son he never had. When we figured out he was lying the whole time I’ve known him, it broke my heart. This man I had looked up to for so much of my life had been a hoax. It all was.”
Felicity sat waiting for Scisco’s return. She began to try to hack Well’s computer. The man was brilliant and the security light-years ahead of theirs. When Scisco returned she listened carefully as he spoke. “I know that feelings. The idea that the person you love, you trusted, was not the person you thought they were. I know he really loved you, as much as he was capable. I could see the pride in his face when you figured something out.
As Felicity’s arms wrapped around his shoulders, he let his guard down completely. He felt tears start to well in his eyes and he let them trickle down his face and accepted the hug by wrapping his arms around his friend.
“You? And you tried to use your power?” Asked and sighed “I know but all the meta humans we met except two of them were evil” She put her palm up where her glass of coffee was and focus just on that, with that, she froze that thing “See what I mean? I was worried about this”
“It doesn’t work like that with me. I don’t actually know what my “power” is.” Cisco explained, frustrated more than anything else. His eyes widened at the now frozen cup of coffee. “Woah. That was awesome. Do you have control of it yet? We can work on that.”
Cisco: Alright. Hey, you never told me when you were available for our date.
Sara: I don’t have much going on so surprise me.
Cisco: Okie. You’ll be surprised for sure! 😉
Violet: Yeah. I met this guy named Oliver and he was super brooding and mysterious so I followed him home and now he’s my dad. And surprise, you have a bastard sister. *confetti*
Violet: My mom dropped me off at a firehouse while I was still bloody and gross. So. Don’t feel like you should have known or something? I don’t know. I watched a movie and there was a lot of angst and crying so. Don’t do that.
Violet: We do have the same nose, though.
Cisco: Oliver? He’s scary, but a really good guy. Do you just follow people around? That’s a bit odd, not gonna lie. But hey, I have a sister! That’s great! That would have been way cooler to know when we first met, btw. Well, my father didn’t know, so. Wait. Our father. That’s odd to say.
Cisco: Don’t do what?
Violet: You sound like my fake father Oliver.
Violet: Because according to my extremely illegal research I’m a bastard child that resulted from your father’s wandering penis 23 years ago.
Cisco: Fake father Oliver? I’m confused. Wandering Penis? Um. I don’t exactly know how to interpret this. I have a concussion, so thinking straight really isn’t working rn.
Cisco: Oh, sorry. I didn’t know. I can just call you by your regular name, if that’s better.
Sara: No, it’s not a bad thing.
Cisco: Alright. Hey, you never told me when you were available for our date.
